Boot camps may have become a fitness buzzword of late, but at RetroFIT Training Center they are a way of life. It doesn’t take much thought to JUST give a “butt kicking workout” or to “beat you up.” What DOES take thought are the well planned, balanced fitness routines that we “guarantee” will bring you success and improve your fitness FAR beyond your expectations. And it’s all done without the risk of injury from over-work that some other boot camps can cause.
We currently run classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6 a.m., 7 a.m., 9:30 am, noon); soon we will add classes on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at noon and in the early evening. Interested in joining our high-energy fat burning fitness camps?
