Our goal at RetroFIT Training Center is not just to build young champions in sport, but winners in life. This program teaches your young athlete the foundational components of athleticism through a fun, motivating and dynamic training environment. Children are at their peak stage for nervous system development between the ages of 8 and 11. This means that most of their body awareness, coordination and movement mechanics will be developed by age 12, making this a critical time for development. Your young athlete will train 1 or 2 sessions per week, with a focus on developing agility, power, core strength and quickness -- NOT on developing muscle mass.
